Personal, purposeful teaching

A strong foundation matters most when it helps a student connect with music, grow in confidence and understand what comes next.

Pianist · Composer · Teacher

Hi, I’m Ketan Jain.

I’m a pianist, composer and piano teacher with an ATCL diploma from Trinity College London.

I teach adults and children in Almere and Amstelveen, helping each student build a strong musical foundation while discovering music they genuinely enjoy.

Every lesson is clear, supportive and purposeful—whether you are learning your first notes, returning after a break, preparing for an examination or growing as a performer.

What guides the lessons

Direction without pressure

Students learn best when the lesson has structure, the next step is understandable and their musical curiosity remains alive.

01

Strong foundations

Reading, rhythm, listening and technique grow together.

02

Music you connect with

Classical and contemporary repertoire can share the same journey.

03

Practice with purpose

Clear, realistic guidance helps you know what to do between lessons.

04

Confidence over time

Recitals and examinations are tools for growth, not the only measure of it.
